The office space on the top two floors of Rahway Public Library sold for about $4.55 million, judging by state tax records. The sale by adjacent SDI Technologies closed at the end of last year, and the new owner is listed as Rahway Office Center LLC with a North Bergen address.
Based on an assessment of $1.86 million, the 41,000-square-foot site would pay almost $95,000 in property taxes.

So what do you know about this Twitter thing? I’ve been tooling around on it and I’m curious if readers would be interested in seeing Rahway Rising join the 140-character fad. Let me know your thoughts.
See you at The Taste!

I just don’t understand the appeal of Twitter. Maybe I just don’t wanna know what everyone is doing every minute of the day.
I agree. No Twitter necessary. Love the blog, though.
I’m not a big fan of Twitter, either. I’m with Mr. Rahway. I really don’t care and I don’t need a constant stream of updates about my friends’ day. xD
I too agree with the above comments: I don’t really care to know about my friends day every second of the day. Plus – I’m too busy for all of that. I have better things going on.
I’d follow you on Twitter, but if you didn’t update regularly, I might not catch your post. I subscribe to the blog tho, so I get my news no matter what.
I’d be into following you on Twitter too. I’m a regular user, and read it daily. It isn’t such a big deal to post there if the mood strikes you and I don’t see how it would conflict with your blog.
I haven’t used Twitter and have no plans to use it; don’t need any more sound bites.
Go for it. You could tweet away during city council and planning board meetings as a type of live blog. Twitter has its uses – just be wary of sharing something that shouldn’t be broadcast.
Predictably, Twitter is showing signs of being a fad.
It's 2013. Now we in the future know why you call yourself doofus.
