This Colombian favorite ousted Wholly Cow, the reigning champion from our 2023 poll. This year, Wholly Cow’s Gelato Sandwich garnered 18% of the vote, more than all of the remaining entrants combined, to finish second.
Rita’s of Rahway maintains its third-place finish from last year, while Dairy Queen jumped up two spots to earn fourth place with 4% of the votes. Rounding out the top five comes Stewart’s Drive-In, a locally loved restaurant whose owners of 57 years recently announced their retirement and handoff to new ownership.
