Maybe that’s why tacos have become so popular. You can find them on most any menu, whether it’s a Mexican restaurant or not. Growing up in the ’80s, I was hard-pressed to know any other taco besides the classic hard shell featuring ground beef, with fixings that might include cheese, refried beans, lettuce, maybe salsa and onion, but that was about it. Now the options seem to know no bounds. tacos. Besides the traditional beef, you can easily find chicken, pork even fish tacos — something that was completely foreign to me for way too long.

.Grand Delicias and Bianca’s Deli jumped out ahead of the pack early and never looked back. Grand Delicias ultimately garnered just about half of the 187 votes cast, finishing ahead of Bianca’s. After those top two, it was a bunch-up of options that were separated by only a handful of votes.
