Phase one of the Main & Monroe development is aiming for an October completion and while the developer is required to start the second phase by January, there is interest in starting sooner.

The Gramercy on East Cherry Street is expected to be the next downtown development completed, with construction moving along on the adjacent Main & Monroe project and Reva Rahway farther south on Main Street. In all, the three projects total almost 500 rental units.
